The blockbuster ad continues the comic book style that was introduced into adidas’ advertising last year. Zinedine Zidane and Lionel Messi also return in this new spot “Fast vs. Fast” by 180 Amsterdam. The emphasis in the new ad is all about speed, specifically the speed of the new adidas F50 adiZero boot (which both Messi and Villa will be wearing during the World Cup). The official World Cup ball, designed by adidas, can be seen in the ad too.
