James Turnley is a NYC-based photographer/dreamweaver.  His newest project is a series called “Two For the Road”.  Turnley describes it as “an editing experiment based on the visual similarities that can be found when photos are presented side by side.”  He presents pairs of images submitted in singles or pairs to a flickr group, that when viewed in parallel, provide interesting juxtaposition of color, themes, time, etc.  It’s actually much better to view on the site, where you can see the pair of images much larger.

Intelligence in Lifestyle magazine is filled with infographic greatness. It may be a little overwhelming in terms of quantity of graphics, but the design and layouts are really beautiful. Check out the cover designs on the creator Francesco Franchi’s Flickr.
